| This invitation was sent out by the PGM R.W. Bro Keith Beardmore to all members of the Mark to create an opportunity to ask the Executive Members of the Province any questions they may have or to express any views they would like to put forward in a warm and friendly environment. |
| The meeting was attended by up to 60 members and what a delight it was to see friends from our lodges all around the Province. There was some interesting discussion regarding what will be the way forward from out of this Lockdown but once again the situation is still full of if’s and buts, you can predict possible outcomes from the latest Govt regulations but as we have seen over the past 15 months nothing is carved in stone (by Mark Masons especially) and could still change right up until the dates for changes, 17th May and 21st June, which have already been given. |
| The PGM and his Team are constantly evaluating all the streams of information as they become available and will make the correct decisions regarding our wellbeing for us all to attend our Lodges once more. |
| When the next invitation comes along for another Open Forum join in, see your friends, let everyone know what you’ve been doing, let us know how you are feeling as well as anything you may want to know about the Province, what Celebrations your own Lodges or your own families may be looking forward to once this Pandemic passes, everyone will be interested. |

| Due to the general suspension of Masonic activity brought about by the Covid – 19 Pandemic, the Provincial Grand Master has had no alternative but to abandon the planned meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge on 5th May at Southport Convention Centre this year. |
| Please be smartly dressed in a shirt and black tie and save any alcohol celebrations until the meeting is over (none before or during the Lodge Business) just as it would be in Southport. |
